Provide quality dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist and using established dental hygiene procedures. Assist other staff in a variety of patient care, office and laboratory duties. Perform broad responsibilities for clinic and community dental health education activities. The Community Dental Health Coordinator (CDHC) is a dental team member whose primary function is the prevention of dental disease with an emphasis on community health worker skills. While all CDHCs have basic core competencies, their job responsibilities vary depending on the goals of the clinics and communities they serve.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or medical/religious exemption within 30 days of hire. If not fully vaccinated, you must follow the requirements for unvaccinated until you meet the definition of fully vaccinated.
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours a week
- Monday (11:30am-8:00pm)
- Tuesday-Friday (8:00am-4:30pm)
- Starting Salary Determined Based on Qualifications
