As part of the ARPA grant supporting the FQHC and under general supervision, performs work of considerable difficulty in assisting with the administration of the Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center’s human resources management programs. The employee serves as an HR Generalist to the FQHC providing a wide variety of professional Human Resources services. Human Resources programs supported by this position include orientation and on-boarding, maintenance of records including extensive utilization of the Oracle HRIS system, training and development, compensation administration, performance management, employee relations, risk management, and benefits administration. Supports Joint Commission and HRSA compliance tracking activities ensuring programs are in compliance with requirements. Duties are performed under the direction of the Human Resources Manager.

Scheduled Hours: 40 hours a week
