Under general supervision performs work of moderate difficulty in assisting with the administration of the Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center’s human resource management programs. Responsible for updating and maintaining employee data in the Human Resources Information system (HRIS) and other systems supported by the HR team; ensures data integrity; assists with HRIS application maintenance; participates in functional testing for special projects; provides reports and general information requiring a thorough understanding of the organizational structure, policies and procedures. In addition, the employee is responsible for assisting with the delivery of various assigned Human Resources programs as needed. Duties are performed under the direction of the Human Resources Manager.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or medical/religious exemption within 30 days of hire. If not fully vaccinated, you must follow the requirements for unvaccinated until you meet the definition of fully vaccinated.
Scheduled Hours: 37.5 hours a week
- Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:00pm)
