Provides evaluation, psycho-social education and mentoring and treatment service to clients, assists clients in developing and accomplishing treatment goals in individual and group settings. Provides consultation and education to community groups, and emergency services. Competently works with clients with coexisting disorders. In CABS, responsible for providing screening, assessment, and support service to clients who are at risk of psychiatric hospitalization, who are psychiatrically hospitalized or who are being discharged from psychiatric hospitalization. Particularly target youth that are wards of Department of Children and Family Services and youth being considered for psychiatric hospitalization with Department of Human Services.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or medical/religious exemption within 30 days of hire. If not fully vaccinated, you must follow the requirements for unvaccinated until you meet the definition of fully vaccinated.
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours a week
- Monday & Wednesday (10:30am-7:00pm)
- Tuesday, Thursday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)
