The population served is within the Mental Health Juvenile Justice Grant Program (MHJJ. Facilitates the identification, screening, referral, and case monitoring of juveniles involved in the juvenile justice system/at risk of involvement who are identified as having mental health symptoms. Work closely with and make linkages to the courts, probation, detention, schools, health care, mental health, and other community-based services. Provides individual, family, and group therapy; mental health evaluation; treatment planning; case management and case consultation services to youth clients and their families. Assists clients in developing and accomplishing treatment goals in individual, family and group settings. Provides services in office and community settings. Works as part of a comprehensive treatment team. Provides consultation and education to community groups. Provides phone screenings for admit to the program. Competently works with clients with coexisting disorders including substance abuse. Meets minimum productivity expectations and documentation standards using electronic medical records.
Scheduled Hours: 37.5 hours a week
- Monday – (8:30am – 5:00pm)
- Tuesday – (10:00am – 7:00pm)
- Wednesday – (8:30am – 5:00pm)
- Thursday – (8:30am – 5:00pm)
- Friday – (8:00am – 1:00pm)
